Every payment on turfwar.bid is final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions.
When you pay to claim or invade a country on the world map, you are purchasing immediate digital placement and advertising visibility. The service is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed.
No refunds — for any reason
We do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds if:
- You change your mind after paying
- Another user invades and takes your country
- You lose visibility, ranking, or leaderboard position
- You uploaded the wrong logo, link, or company name
- You paid by mistake or duplicated a payment
- You did not receive the results or traffic you expected
- The site experience, design, or features change after your purchase
- Your content is removed for violating our Terms of Service
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this no-refund policy before paying.
Claims and invasions
Claim prices range from $2 to $10 based on country size. Invading occupied land costs the country's base claim price plus $5 (for example, a $2 country costs $7 to invade).
Paying does not guarantee permanent ownership. Other users may invade by paying the published invasion price. That risk is part of the product and is not grounds for a refund.
Chargebacks and disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving the service may be treated as a violation of this policy and our Terms of Service. We may contest chargebacks with Stripe and remove or disable your listing.
If you believe a payment was fraudulent (unauthorized use of your card), contact your bank and contact@turfwar.bid promptly. This is different from requesting a refund because you changed your mind.
